SOLE-TRADER ACCOUNTS (SELF-ASSESSMENT)

If you are self-employed or a sole trader, we can assist you registering with HMRC for self-assessment and NI contributions (class 2 and class 4). As a sole trader, you do not necessarily have to work alone; you can take on staff or use sub-contractors. We ensure your self-assessments are done on time and provide you with accounts and tax returns.

PARTNERSHIP ACCOUNTS

If there are two or more of you working together, then you will need to form a partnership and register the partnership and its partners with HMRC for self-assessment and NI contributions. We can help you achieve these.

You will be required to prepare partnership accounts annually and submit a partnership tax return to HMRC.

Also, each partner will have to submit an individual tax return to HMRC in order to account for their own tax on their share of any profits from the business.

LIMITED COMPANY ACCOUNTS

We ensure your company accounts are prepared within the deadline and filed with Companies House. We also make sure that your confirmation statement (formerly annual return) is filed at the appropriate time.

PAYROLL & PAYE RETURNS

No matter your business platform, we can manage your payroll for you if you employ yourself and or other people, making real time information (RTI) PAYE returns to HMRC.
